Thank you so much Chiara for your all inclusive and warm personality to a future bride who had no idea what she wanted. After trying 3 other bridal gown shops, I really felt so hopeless! I came to downtown bridal after reading that they actually have gowns for smaller sized and ALL sized women! I was able to see how certain types of gowns actually fit, felt, and looked without being swallowed in fabric that is synched up with a clip. Chiara was so helpful- I came on two separate occasions and she listened to what I liked and somehow was able to pull these gowns for me, ultimately leading me to MY DRESS! I cannot thank you enough for your hospitality and genuine care for how I will feel and look on my day. If you have had not so pleasant or rushed experiences at other bridal shops, I highly recommend coming here. Oh and another thing is, aside from the chore of dealing with me and choosing a dress, she was quick to grab accessories and veils so I could try them as needed. I truly cannot thank you enough!

First time shopping for a wedding dress and it was the most amazing and professional experience. The ladies working there really do everything to make you feel comfortable and do their best to find you your dream dress. I have always hated shopping for clothes and with this being such a big decision I was very overwhelmed and didn’t know where to begin. I was dreading dress shopping but they have helped make this such a painless experience. They quickly gave me many different options and styles to try on and eliminated certain ones by listening to what I liked and disliked which really narrowed down the style I didn’t even know i was looking for. I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The first time I tried dresses on was at a different shop and it was a complete nightmare. The owner was my consultant and she immediately told me that none of the dresses I liked would look good on me, and I wasn’t even allowed to choose the dresses I tried on. This was not the case here. They made me feel like family as soon as I came in. There was one particular dress I had my eye on for quite some time, and while they didn’t have it at the store, Tierra went out of her way to track down a sample dress and have it shipped over for my appointment. She’s kind, genuine, hilarious, and knows EXACTLY what’s she’s doing! She went above and beyond for me, and that dress ended up being the one! She made this experience so magical for me, and I couldn’t be more grateful!
