I came to Downtown Bridal with my fiancé to try on a suit for his friends wedding. Since we are getting married next year, I seized the opportunity to try on some dresses while we were there. I did not have an appointment since it was a spur of the moment ask, but the staff was super friendly and accommodating. Alyssa was the associate who helped me out, and I want to give her a shout out because she was so kind and helpful. We tried on a handful of dresses, and while I didn’t go home with anything, this helped me alot in my process of finding a dress. The staff was also very helpful and responsive with my fiancés suit, making sure everything fit and was comfortable, especially at the last minute. I’m not local to the area otherwise I would come back, but I highly recommend Downtown Bridal!!

Exceptional customer service! We had a wonderful experience renting a tuxedo for my son’s upcoming prom. We were warmly greeted the moment we walked in and as we sat waiting (we arrived early for the appointment), multiple staff members inquired as to whether or not we needed assistance.
