Meet The Team
Tess –
Tess has worked at Downtown Bridal since 2021. She loves when brides want to show off their tattoos and when grooms wear a white tie on a white shirt. In her free time, she makes jewelry, upcycles clothing, and tries to fight the urge to buy more shoes.
Hannah –
Hannah has worked at Downtown Bridal since 2019. She loves working with brides and in the prom department. She loves a good, classy statement dress. In her free time she enjoys reading romance novels.
Felicia –
Felicia has worked at Downtown Bridal since spring of 2021. Spring is her favorite season for weddings and loves when brides incorporate florals and fun colors in their weddings. Personally, she loves wearing bold colors and believes wearing a vibrant outfit can lead to a vibrant life! She is also a mother to two awesome kids.
Kyleigh –
Kyleigh has been working at Downtown Bridal since the summer of 2023. She loves spring time weddings with lots of color and flowers and when the groom wears a full suit but the groomsmen don’t. She is studying nutrition and loves helping brides and others feel confident in their bodies!
Susie –
Susanna (Susie) has worked at Downtown Bridal since 2020. She loves helping brides find their dream dress and then topping it off with a matching veil and accessories, and treats finding THE look like a puzzle she has to solve. She loves ballgowns and huge bows but won’t make you wear them. She’s married, a toddler mama, and loves planning, crafty things, and PC gaming in her spare time.
Octavia –
Octavia has worked in bridal since 2021. She loves working with brides from all walks of life. Her favorite wedding trend is having champagne towers at the reception. Octavia loves to travel and has been to South Korea, Australia, and Portugal, and her dream trip is Japan! In her free time she enjoys listening to music and podcasts, going to concerts and festivals and going out to eat.
Alana –
Alana has worked at Downtown Bridal since December of 2023! She loves when she gets to photograph a bride’s appointment to document such a special day. When she’s not at work she is probably attending class at Salisbury University or even on the stage!
Leah –
Leah has worked at Downtown Bridal since 2022. She loves helping her brides feel comfortable and relaxed while they find their perfect dress! Her favorite wedding trend is when couples serve a unique late night party snack at their wedding. Leah has recently taken up sewing, and quilts in her free time!
I had an Amazing time at Downtown Bridal! Not only did I find THE Dress, but I was able to enjoy the entire experience with my very helpful and attentive dress-finding-partner-in-crime, Susie. Susie was an excellent help and a smashing good conversationalist. She even took the feedback from me and the gals and ended up being the one to find the perfect dress for my wedding. 10/10 would recommend!

Before I got there I was incredibly apprehensive. I do not like shopping. And when I got inside, the store was giant, but welcoming. I was greeted by my consultant whom I had made the appointment with ahead of time. I was so grateful Susie was my consultant. She made me and the ladies with me feel so at ease and comfortable. We had such a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding dress with Susie that we will most definitely make an appointment with her as well for the flower girls’ dresses. PS. I didn’t have to go anywhere else, this was the place I got my dress, Susie made it a one stop shop for us and for that I am forever grateful!

My bridal experience was amazing from the second we arrived. Ample free parking and a luxurious welcoming as you walk in. The room was very spacious with beautiful displays. We checked in at the front, and while waiting Andrea (who we found out was shadowing but she was wonderful and fit right in like she had already been working there as long as everyone else) asked to take my empty drink cup to the trash for me. Then we met Natalie, the main staff member helping in the experience, who was super wonderful the whole time. She helped find dresses in my price and size range and frequently gave me opportunities to voice my own opinion on the dresses we picked/didn’t pick. As I was trying on dresses, Natalie was very professional, knew what she was doing, was efficient, and no moment ever felt awkward. She knew exactly how to pick a matching veil (and even headband/tiara)! Another staff member, I believe Marie, even took time to explain what alterations/adjustments she could do for me which was very helpful as well. Overall, 100/10 experience, I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
